Refund Policy

Every member of Heart of a Woman staff is a volunteer with jobs and/or families which require the staff’s time and attention. Fielding and processing returns takes more time than almost all other HOAW tasks.

In an effort to protect the time of our staff we have chosen to make all sales final. Meaning no refunds of tickets, no transferring tickets to a later event, or transferring tickets to another person.

Be mindful that purchasing a ticket requires commitment from you to put this event on your calendar and plan around it.

The time you will have with God will be worth your protecting this weekend from other obligations.

In the unlikely event that the Heart of a Woman needs to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, your registration fee will be refunded in full.
