Refund Policy
Effective immediately, we will be implementing changes to our registration policies. These changes are aimed at accommodating increasing demand and streamlining administrative processes. We believe these adjustments will ultimately enhance your experience and the overall quality of the retreat.
Key highlights of the updated registration policies include:
- Registrations are not transferable to another event or person.
- You may now purchase a third-party event protection at the time of registration for a small fee!
- Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may cancel your registration until August 14, 2024 (8 weeks before retreat) with a $75 cancellation fee. In the event that you cancel your registration after August 14th, you will forfeit the entire registration fee unless you chose to add the third-party Purchase Protection.
- We do our best to honor roommate requests, and we cannot accommodate requests made less than 3 weeks prior to retreat.
- In the unlikely event that the Heart of a Woman needs to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, your registration fee will be refunded in full.
We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we assure you that these updates are designed with your best interests in mind. Our goal is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where each participant feels valued and supported.
